The POA assessment is set annually by the Board of Directors with a maximum amount of $1200 established in the Covenants. This is a Pet friendly community however when outside and not within a gated area, Pets need to be on a lease for the safety of others.
As situations arise, the Board will establish policies to clarify the interpretation of the deed restrictions and covenants for property. Existing policies are for mowing and trailer parking. Property owners of The Legends have access to Lake LBJ via the boat ramp at Clearwater Marina off Legends Parkway.

Welcome to The Legends on Lake LBJ Property Owners Association. We are located in Burnet County Texas along the Colorado river portion of beautiful Lake LBJ in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This neighborhood was established in the early 2000 when the Buckner Boys Ranch sold property to developers for construction of a golf course and single family residential homes.

The by-laws and restrictions of The Legends establish a 5 member Board elected for a two year term.The current officers are:

Compliance - Sam Cox

The Board has established meeting times and dates as the 1st Monday of the month at 9:30AM Central time. The location is generally the Kingsland Library meeting room.
